Glean has been working with Azure OpenAI to resolve the performance issue in the EAST US region. After getting confirmation of the fix from Microsoft, we have verified that the prior errors have now cleared across the affected customers.

Azure OpenAI Service is facing degraded performance in the EAST US region.
If you login to the azure portal and navigate to service health you should see information from Azure team & they are looking into this.
